Rods, reels, lures, bait accessories, and tackle boxes in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. The item needs to be unused, resale-ready, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
If the recipient needs a different size or model, we can issue store credit when the return still meets our condition rules. That keeps the gift useful, not awkward.
Custom rods and made-to-spec items become non-refundable once production begins. That’s the honest line, and it protects both your build slot and our workshop time.

We stand behind the labour, but we also need a clear description of the issue when the gear comes in. If the story is incomplete, the diagnosis can wander. Why leave that to chance?
All approved repairs include a 90-day labour warranty. If the workmanship fails inside that window, we’ll make it right on the bench.
Tell us what broke, how it happened, and what you’ve already tried. That detail saves time and helps us match the fix to the fault.
If repaired or unrepaired gear is left unclaimed for 60 days after we notify you, it becomes property of Tide Flow Tackle. That protects bench space and keeps the repair queue moving for the next angler.

All participants must follow Arizona Game & Fish regulations, plus any event-specific instructions we publish before launch. We keep the field level. That’s the whole point.
Entry fees are non-refundable unless Tide Flow cancels the event. Rain checks sound nice; logistics say otherwise.
Prizes are awarded only from the official weigh-in at our store. No side scales, no confusion.
